    THERMADOSE® Hot Melt dispensing systems provide the ultimate in pulse-free temperature controlled thermoplastic dispensing for industrial applications using pressure sensitive adhesives, contact adhesives, waxes and sealants. THERMADOSE® tanks are Teflon® coated reducing char buildup for easy maintenance and reliable operation. Tank controllers can be easily adapted for variable speed applications and include independent over-temperature and over-pressure protection for safe operation. Independently controlled heat zones minimize adhesive degradation for precise, uniform patterns. 

    Control settings are entered using an easy-to-use touch-pad with a bright vacuum-fluorescent screen allowing an operator to quickly setup system parameters and to monitor the system during operation. THERMADOSE® Pail and Drum Melters handle high volume production requirements of hot melt EVA, PSA, and PUR, supplied from 5 gal (20 L) pails or 55 gal (200 L) drums. Melters include precision gear-pump technology providing pulse-free flow of adhesive for precise gluing applications. A new Hot Melt brochure is now available presenting a comprehensive range of equipment for direct-contact, non-woven, ribbon-coating, high-speed jetting and product assembly operations. Also featured is a full line of adhesive materials from Fisnar’s sister company Glue-Factory® including packaging, pressure sensitive and water base products.
