Jan has an academic background in Mechanical Engineering that is applied to commercial and B2B professional experience, and extensive international experience across various manufacturing verticals providing automation, integration, and traceability solutions. All of these apply to modern tool manufacturing with the concepts of Industry 4.0, Smart Factory, and lights-out manufacturing which have been receiving a lot of traction in recent years.
