Aqueous degreasing is a powerful, efficient, and fast way to clean parts for plating, painting, heat treating, or assembly. The key is agitation that creates maximum contact between part and cleaner, and maximum filtering effect.
Spargers, which agitate the cleaning solution by injecting air, are sometimes used, but have serious downsides in foaming, solution life and effectiveness, and contamination risk.
