BulkPak HDR4048-25/34 Bulk Container Carries Up to 2,000 lb
In closed-loop and export supply chains, bulk containers are handled, stacked, and shipped repeatedly, so latch, hinge, and panel wear drives maintenance time and replacement cost. Adding new containers to an existing fleet also means they must work alongside the units already in circulation. The BulkPak HDR4048-25/34 is an extreme-duty reusable bulk container built from HDPE with solid sidewalls. It carries loads up to 2,000 lb (907 kg) on a standard 47 x 39 in (1,200 x 1,000 mm) footprint and is fully backward compatible with existing HDR4048 containers.
A full-stringer base supports stacking and handling, and access doors on the long side allow entry to contents without unloading from the top. The panel design draws on the HDMP container line for added durability, and HDMP-style latches and hinges extend service life. Retention clips replace fiberglass rods, making the container easier to maintain.
An enhanced base-to-stringer interlock adds stability, and updated ribbing and base design improve overall performance. Expanded branding areas make product identification easier. Through repeated reuse, the container helps maximize trailer and warehouse space and reduce packaging waste.
