The AI-enabled Visual SLAM system supports autonomous navigation decisions in complex, dynamic warehouse environments, with positional accuracy of ±0.4 in (±10 mm). The forklift handles open and closed pallets, containers, and racks weighing up to 4,409 lb (2,000 kg) and reaches heights of 27.9 ft (8.5 m). It operates at speeds up to 3.8 mph (1.7 m/s) while loaded and is certified to current ISO and ANSI safety standards.
The forklift integrates with AMR Studio software and is VDA5050 compatible, allowing it to operate alongside Visual SLAM-based tugs and movers within a single fleet management and navigation platform. This integration shortens commissioning time by up to 20% and allows the system to adapt when a warehouse or production floor layout changes, without additional infrastructure.
