Before founding his namesake company, which has provided tradespeople and technicians with testing tools for seven decades, John Fluke Sr. served in the U.S. Navy during World War II and explored the depths of engineering at MIT. According to his company, these formative experiences—and the people he encountered along the way—inspired him to find solutions to common and innovative electric test and measurement.

"They didn’t inspire products, they inspired a vision – one that has continued to inspire Fluke for 70 years," Fluke's team offers.

You'd be hard-pressed to find anyone who hasn’t come across one of their distinctive goldenrod handheld devices at least once, either in the clutches of their mechanic, electrician, or themselves as make sure their systems and components are running as expected.
