Precise and fast, the BTW-Series Battery Torque Wrench quickly moves between bolting jobs while achieving torquing precision with pre-programming and calibration processes.
Weighing 10 lb., the BTW-Series has a digital motor vectoring system that delivers accurate and repeatable torque up to 6,000 ft-lb. (8130 Nm). Available for 0.75 to 1.5-in. square drives, the wrench can be used for most bolting scenarios, providing a versatile solution, no matter the industry.
Compared with conventional bolting operations that need multiple operators, along with air or electric-powered hydraulic pumps, hoses, and torque wrenches, the BTW-Series only needs a single operator. Its handheld, battery-powered design makes it easy to reach difficult places and offers the potential to double the productivity of 2-man bolting teams.
Using the tool's display, the torque in ft-lb. or Nm is set at the touch of a button.
Supplied with 2 Enerpac 18V 5.5 Ah Li-ion batteries and a 60-min. fast-charger, the torque wrench works with any compatible Cordless Alliance System (CAS) battery.
It also features an anti-slip pistol grip and a trigger for sturdy control and comfort. As well as a low-maintenance brushless motor that runs cooler, the wrench uses a patented planetary gear with a smooth and consistent tooth design.
