The last year at New Equipment Digest has been a busy one.
In 2016, we built ourselves an entirely new website—actually two sites in one designed to house a revitalized, dynamic digital world of new products and industrial innovation.
And of course, our focus hasn't been on digital alone. We have gone through our entire print layout, updating everything from fonts to format to create a stunning new magazine that is as exciting and interesting as the products it contains.
With this redesign, we're able to promote more products, highlight more launches, and provide more details about new equipment than any previous NED layout has ever offered.
The final part of these changes is in your hands now. The 2017 Industrial Products Guide is a streamlined, optimized, and highly effective directory of all the top manufacturers, suppliers, and producers of industrial gear in the market.
These pages mark a bit of a departure from previous editions. We have reorganized our product taxonomy, creating an all new, efficient system to easily research the 30,000+ products living on NED.
And that new system is in play here, breaking down the 180 product categories of years past to a simpler, more user-friendly listing to help you find what you need faster and easier.
The goal is to make this guide more useful than ever, to ensure that it contains the most valuable information in a way that allows you to put it to work faster and easier than before.
And that is really what NED has been up to for the last 18 months: Streamlining, changing, refining. As we start this new year, under a new logo and on the new platform, we are happy to bring you with us and, hopefully, serve you better.
