The vise comes equipped with CARVESMART jaws with standard hard jaw plates installed and a second set of machinable aluminum jaw plates.

Kurt TriLock Vises will be available now through distributors and at kurtworkholding.com. CARVESMART jaws, jaw plates, and accessories are still available at carvesmart.com.

MiddleGround Capital, a private equity firm that makes control investments in North American middle market B2B industrial and specialty distribution companies, has acquired Advantage Metal Products (AMP), a provider of high-precision metal products, as an add-on for its Megatech platform. Megatech was acquired by MiddleGround in January earlier this year.

AMP focuses on high-complexity products with low production volumes for customers located in attractive, high-growth markets across North America.
