This project consisted of two high-speed packaging lines able to produce some 80+ different SKU’s using 11 change parts. The end product was multiple component carton consisting of bandoliered pouches, pre-cut pouches, and on-line made pouches. The goal of this line was to provide flexibility and quick changeovers – on average changeovers are accomplished in under an hour.
