This Industrial strength HEPA Rated H-13 vacuum is designed for those applications that need large amounts of CFM and Lift. The 3000 series dust vacuums are portable continuous duty vacuums that can generate up to 600 CFM with 110” of lift. This is an industry first. Conventional vacuums with high amounts of CFM rarely have enough lift, sometimes lift can be as low as just 2”. Now you get both, CFM and Lift in the 3000 series. The 3000 series are industrial grade vacuums that can be used for vacuuming fine non-combustible powders or as dedicated continuous duty dust collectors for manufacturing machinery or surface preparation equipment up to 60” in diameter. 

The 3000 series are powered by single phase 220 volt power and come standard with patented Pulse-Bac® Technology, Cyclonic Debris Management system, a Tank Capacity Sensor and patented twist on/off HEPA filters, with a filter fractional efficiency rating of  98.0% @ .3 micron. The 3000 series model uses a patented bagging system that is designed to allow for continuous duty operation. The patented design allows the user to fill the bag, remove, discard and replace it, without shutting off the vacuum and stopping production. In addition the 3000 series comes with an industry first, a Tank Capacity Sensor. The TCS warns the user when the collection tank is full and needs to be emptied. Once full, a flashing LED and audible alarm begin to warn the user the tank is full and needs to be emptied. If the tank is not emptied in a timely manner, the vacuum will shut off. Once the collection tank is emptied, the power is restored to the vacuum. 3000 series are portable and can be moved easily and will fit through any standard 32” doorway or onto any standard freight elevator. Weighing less than 400 lbs, the 3000 series ease of use can not be matched by any other vacuum.
