The Loc-Jaw System for 4th and 5th axis machining is a design unique to the industry requiring no material preparation! The rails and gripper towers are serrated to provide a solid and easily adjustable base. The Loc-Jaw has a clamping range of 0.5” to 4.0”, is capable of penetrating .060” deep per gripper and produces over 6000 lbs of holding force. The low profile grippers hold on only .100” allowing full access to all work surfaces including the bottom face.
A centering disk can be mounted to bottom of base for quick location on faceplates having centering hole feature. The base is also configured with 2 drill bushings for precise locating using the included diamond and tapered pins.
