Butterfly Valve Lockout Device
Supplier: Brady Worldwide Inc
Brady has expanded its lockout valve product line to include the new Butterfly Valve lockout device. This lockout device is designed to effectively lock out butterfly valves with a lever handle in the OFF position. The device secures onto the butterfly valve lever at the pivot point so that it may not be engaged or moved.
This rugged and compact lockout device offers an alternative lock out solution for customers who currently disassemble their unit, only to use the clamping portion which does not always provide a tight and secure fit.
“The Butterfly Valve device is the first-of-its-kind,” says Danielle Gallo, product marketing specialist for lockout devices. “It not only fits a wider range of butterfly valves, but it provides a much more secure way of locking valves out.”
Made from durable impact modified nylon with brass rivets and a stainless steel plate, the Butterfly Valve lockout device is available in both a small and large size that can accommodate handle thicknesses from 1/8” to 4.”
- fits a wider range of butterfly valves
- durable impact modified nylon
