AZCO Corp.’s guillotine knife assemblies offer many benefits, including simple installation and hook-up, long blade life, clean cuts, and low maintenance.   These units can be mounted in any position for convenient operation.  They cut a wide variety of flexible materials including films, foils, paper products, nonwovens, laminates, textile products, and many others.  Cutting rate is up to 400 cuts per minute.  

Rate is governed by air pressure, flow rate, and cut length.  Heavy duty and custom units are also available.  Various blade openings and clearances can be modified to meet specific requirements.  Options include blade position sensors, custom blade geometry, variety of blade material and coatings, and a SMARTKNIFE package.
