Schneider Electric announces the expansion of its servo drive and motor offerings in the United States. The new Lexium® 23 Plus Servo Drives and the BCH Servo Motors are specifically designed to provide OEMs, panel builders, and end users an economical and easy to apply servo solution. The Lexium 23 Plus is a servo system ideally suited for customers who are looking to retrofit existing servo systems or for new machine designs where there is the need to minimize investment in application development. 

The mechanical dimensions, electrical configuration, and programming of the Lexium 23 make it easy to install.  In addition, Schneider Electric offers a complimentary and user-friendly commissioning software package to speed deployment and help installation professionals make full use of the Lexium 23 software features enabling them to maximize overall machine up-time and productive life.  This servo system offers many features that help reduce hardware installation time through quick connect and wire marking systems.   

The Lexium 23 Plus is available in power ranges from 100 W to 7.5 kW and also offers a wide range of motor inertia and torque ratings to support a variety of applications, including packaging, textile, material working, material handling, printing and labeling.  The compact size of the Schneider Electric Lexium 23 Plus saves valuable panel space, while providing a high degree of performance and connectivity.
