Balmac now offers our newest Model 555 Vibration Switch with Remote Accelerometer to provide continuous vibration monitoring on rotating machinery such as Electric Motors, Pumps, Fans, Centrifuges, Compressors, Blowers, Gear Boxes and Cooling Tower Fans and Motors. The Model 555 new technology offers user selectable vibration measurements in Acceleration, Displacement and Velocity to provide the best protection. 

The 555 features Amplitude Ranges in both a High and Low Range for almost every type of industrial application. It features ten selectable limit settings with an Adjustable Time Delay for the Limit relay output with automatic or manual reset. The 4-20 mA output signal provides real time remote vibration monitoring by PLC's, DCS and SCADA systems which can be tracked 24/7 through the process control system. The Balmac BAL602 Remote Low Profile Accelerometer is a standard 100 mV/g water-tight sensor with captive hex-head bolt and is supplied with a connector and cable. 

The Model 555 Vibration Switch comes standard in a NEMA 4X fiberglass housing that has outstanding water, dust, chemical and weatherability resistance qualities. It can be used for outdoor and indoor installations. The Model 555 Vibration Switch with its user selectable features and functions allows it to replace most obsolete or discontinued vibration switches from the past 50 years.
