C&K Components has designed a cost-effective, low-profile
tactile switch for a wide range of price-sensitive applications, including
smart meters, smoke/fire detectors and carbon monoxide detectors.
Designated
the KSE Series, the momentary-action tactile switch combines rugged
IP67-rated sealing, reliability and a long-operating life with a new
optimized and economical design.
The single pole single throw (SPST) KSE Series features mechanical
parameters based on a force of 1.5 ± 0.5N, tactile travel of 0.3
+0.1/-0.2mm, and an operational life of 300,000 cycles. Featuring a maximum
power rating of 1VA, maximum voltage rating of 32VDC and an operating
temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, the IP 67-rated KSE Series is available
in J bend & Gullwing terminations for SMT.
The KSE Series is also well suited for consumer, home appliance, security
and safety device, and telecommunication applications.
