As part of IAC Industries’ Pro Series Adjustable Height product line, the 950 Workbench is designed from the ground up with to goal of having the best ergonomics in a standalone workbench/workstation. The focus on ergonomics provides a platform on which assembly processes take place in greater comfort and efficiency for the operator, which in turn generates greater productivity. 

950 Series workbenches feature a cantilever supporting leg design that provides two primary ergonomic advantages. With the elimination of the front legs found on standard workbenches, 950 Series workbench provides superior leg and knee clearance. Most notably, it enables easy worksurface height adjustment using a convenient hand crank to the side of the station, just under the worksurface. The height of the worksurface ranges from 30 to 42 inches. Positioning is precise, with one full turn of the crank moving the worksurface approximately 0.2 inch. The front of the worksurface is a very comfortable 180° rolled edge to reduce stress on arms and wrists. Worksurface sizes range from 48” long x 30” deep, to 72” long x 36” deep, and may be finished in very durable standard or ESD plastic laminates available in a variety of colors. The 950 Series steel structure is finished chip-resistant powder coat paint, also available in a broad range of colors. 

This adjustable height workstation can move a total weight load of 500 lbs. evenly distributed, which includes accessory items added to the bench. The static weight capacity is 600 lbs. A broad range of accessories expands the capabilities of the 950 Series, including suspended drawers and cabinets (incorporating ergonomic, flush mounted handles), instrument shelves, the MTS above-worksurface storage and utility system, and a variety of power channel options. All these accessories rise and lower as the worksurface height is modified.
