CS Unitec has introduced the Cotton Buffing Wheel (CS 2410) to their line of metal surface finishing abrasives and polishing products. For use with polishing compounds, pastes and rouges, the Cotton Buffing wheel produces a very bright high mirror finish on stainless steel and other non-ferrous metals. The wheel is made of cotton yarn and measures 3-1/2” dia. x 4” wide. It is ideal for flat, contoured or irregular surfaces. 

Designed for use with CS Unitec’s PTX Eco Smart Professional Surface Finishing Machine, this hollow-core cotton buffing wheel is lighter, easier to use and less expensive than 5/8-11 spin on wheels. The patented abrasive mounting system of the PTX Eco Smart allows all grinding/polishing wheels to be changed in seconds, without tools or hardware. CS Unitec’s PTX Eco Smart Surface Finishing system produces linear matte, satin and other finer finishes up to a mirror finish on steel, stainless steel and nonferrous metals. It also removes welds, deep scratches, oxidation, rust and paint.
