Pres-On's VF20200 Series is comprised of double-sided tapes coated with permanent acrylic adhesive with a functional temperature range of -20° F to 200° F. The tape's closed cell structure resists absorption of water while providing excellent load bearing qualities. Because the foam is conformable, the tapes are particularly well-suited for joining irregular surfaces where glues, fasteners and standard tapes fail. It is also resistant to degradation by inorganic acids, organic acids, reducing agents, detergent solutions,  alcohols, aliphatic hydrocarbons, mineral oil, amines and aldehydes, so it can be used with confidence in adverse environments. 

Suggested OEM applications for the tapes include: HVAC, packaging, automotive, general industrial products, weatherproofing, and electronics. The tapes can be die-cut or kiss-cut to custom specifications, such as donuts, washers or other shapes, to meet any OEM requirement. Standard rolls come in widths ranging from 1/4-inch to 54 inches, with thickness of 1/32", 1/16" or 1/8 in either white, black or gray.
