The Revvo Caster Company, Inc. announces the introduction its new “Sovereign” Series medium-duty casters for applications subject to manual propulsion such as store fixtures and displays, shopping carts, and other carts and mobile work tables used in commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities.

They feature a swivel double-ball raceway and Santoprene wheel molded onto a polypropylene hub for mobility and strength, according to Revvo Caster. Revvo’s new Sovereign casters are offered with wheel diameters of 4 inches and 5 inches. Blue rubber wheels have a load capacity of 264 lbs. and feature a precision ball bearing. Nylon wheels (white and black) have a load capacity of 330 lbs., and gray rubber wheels have a load capacity of 185 lbs. 

They are available in swivel and fixed (rigid) models with rectangular top plates and a bolt-hole (stem) swivel style, the company states. According to Revvo Caster, options and accessories are available to enhance performance based on the application. These include a foot-operated, total stop brake for swivel casters; threadguards to prevent debris from binding the wheel; and expanding rubber plugs (round) in four sizes to fit bolt-hole casters to the cart or display. Round steel plugs and expanding rubber plugs for square tubing are available on special order.
