CS Unitec's SKF 020 Beveling Machine provides fast and easy preparation of weld seams and bevels up to 5/8” width and 15˚ to 60˚ angles on steel plate. It bevels steel pipes 6” diameter and larger. It is ideal for use on steel, stainless steel, aluminum and nonferrous metals and offers high-quality performance that allows for superior weld connections.
The SKF 020 has a continuously adjustable angle of 15° to 60° and a bevel land width up to 5/8". It includes two milling heads with 12 indexable carbide inserts for fast metal removal and extended tool life. Equipped with smooth, low-friction roller guides for continuous operation on steel plate. The machine allows single-operator control and easy handling. The SKF 020 includes a pipe guide roller and a steel carrying case.
