Wiss, a brand from Apex Tool Group, announces the introduction of its Auto-Retracting Utility Knife, which automatically retracts its blade the moment it loses contact with the material being cut. This distinctive safety feature engages even if the user is still holding the blade slider forward in the open position.

The auto-retract mechanism cannot be overridden under normal use. To improve efficiency, blade changes are quick and easy, and the tool accepts all standard utility knife blades.
