Eriez® introduces the new HS-8 Electromagnetic Vibratory Feeder with quick stop and high conveying speed capabilities for improved efficiency in packaging, weighing, batching and bagging operations.

This state-of-the-art Vibratory Feeder is ideal for use in conjunction with many weigh scale and packaging machines. Original Equipment Manufacturers will appreciate Eriez’ latest patented innovation in vibratory feeders: E-Z Tune™ technology. E-Z Tune enables customers who build their own trays to significantly reduce the time spent tuning feeders.

Eriez HS-8 features a low profile design for easy installation in areas where space is limited. The equipment’s unique “wedge” shaped body allows feeder arrangement in small diameter weigh scale systems. Plus, HS-8’s narrow width makes it well suited for in-line scales.

The innovative electromagnetic design of the HS-8 enables the system to operate virtually silently. Units are equipped with rubber isolators and a threaded insert for easy mounting. For added convenience, the HS-8 can be provided with all stainless steel hardware for wet environments.
