The Megamat RS Vertical Carousel has been developed using construction and production techniques focused on energy-saving and environmentally friendly considerations. The result is a new vertical carousel that utilizes up to 40% less energy with a 50% unit weight reduction.

Using customized performance drive motors in coordination with frequency inverters has reduced energy costs during operation. With these significant changes, the Megamat RS Vertical Carousel utilizes up to 40% less energy than the previous model.

The new design has also achieved a considerable reduction in materials used. Compared with the previous model, the Megamat RS Vertical Carousel boasts a 50% unit weight reduction; contributing to both environmental and financial savings.

Together with the energy efficient and new lightweight design, the highly compressed Megamat RS Vertical Carousel storage unit provides responsible and economic use of resources throughout its life cycle.

The Megamat RS is an enclosed system of carriers that rotate around vertically delivering stored goods to the operator increasing productivity and maximizing storage density. As a standalone installation, the unit can be operated using the push button "drive and view" function.
