J.R. Merritt’s new ultra-rugged, CS3HD joystick was designed from the company’s industry-proven CS3 joystick. The CS3HD provides a Hall-effect sensor in a compact, yet heavy-duty package. J.R. Merritt offers this unit with 1, 2- or 3-axis control, as well as a variety of standard and custom options, including a Hall-effect twist third axis with spring return to center.


The durable 10 mm diameter operating shaft and robust internal mechanism of the CS3HD make this device ideal for use with J.R. Merritt’s new FG-5 universal hand grip. This large, multi-function grip is used for left-hand or right-hand operation. The FG-5 includes a longer barrel for operators with large hands or gloves and a removable face plate can be configured with a combination of buttons, thumbwheels, rocker switches and toggles.  The CS3HD joystick and FG-5 universal grip make an ideal combination for reliable operator control in on- and off-highway industrial vehicles.
