Gates Sentry Services helps prevent costly hose failures by providing a way to monitor the condition and performance of your hydraulic hose systems. The Sentry Services line offers comprehensive and effective hose diagnostic, monitoring, and data solutions to help equipment operators and fleet managers estimate remaining hose life and accurately assess hoses in need of replacement. Gates Sentry Services come with two components:
- Sentry-IQ Service: Real-time monitoring and diagnostic solutions for current hose assembly operating conditions and performance.
- Sentry-ID Service: A radio frequency tagging system that tracks and identifies specific hose assemblies operating worldwide
