Calex Mfg. Co., Inc. of Concord California announces the Model 2.5.750, a low noise linear power supply which provides an output of +/-5 VDC @ 750 mA. The 2.5.750 can be powered by 100, 115, 220, 230 or 240VAC. The 2.5.750 is characterized by tight regulation, low noise and outstanding stability. The unit is ideally suited for use as a dual 5-volt rail source.
The voltage accuracy of the 2.5.750 is ±1%. Line and load regulation is ±0.1%. Noise and ripple is only 1 mV RMS. The input frequency range is 50 to 60 Hz. The 2.5.750 is housed in a 2.5" x 3.5" x 1.56"H case which is fully encapsulated with an epoxy potting compound making the unit ruggedized for harsh environments. The case operating temperature range is -25 to +50°C. Chassis mounting kits are available for applications requiring screw terminal connections.
