MISUMI USA  announces new additions to its Aluminum Extrusion Safety Fences and Doors, as well as the launch of a new line of Sliding Doors, developed in response to growing customer demand.
The new products significantly expand the company’s popular line of ready-to-assemble Aluminum Extrusion Units, which also include folding doors, and a wide variety of standard aluminum frames, commonly used to construct rugged shelf units, mobile carts and bases for industrial machinery.

The new products significantly expand the company’s popular line of ready-to-assemble Aluminum Extrusion Units, which also include folding doors, and a wide variety of standard aluminum frames, commonly used to construct rugged shelf units, mobile carts and bases for industrial machinery.

MISUMI’s newly announced Aluminum Extrusion Units include:

·         HRUA  Sliding Door Units in two different styles (with side extrusions and without side extrusions). The extrusions can be ordered in precision cut heights and widths to within 1mm tolerance.  Door panel material options include clear Acrylic, Polycarbonate, PET or Anti-Static PVC. All components required for assembling the Sliding Door Units – including door panels, extruded aluminum frames and slide rails, fastening screws, slide spacers, and attachment plates – can be selected and ordered at one time and in one location for fast, convenient ordering.  Clear instructions for assembly are also provided.

·         HTUC  Door Units add a new, wider size range option to the current HTUA  door assembly sizes. The new units feature dual side-by-side extruded aluminum door frames in heights ranging from 250mm to 1000mm and widths from 500mm to 2000mm.  Door panel options include clear Acrylic, Polycarbonate, PET or Anti-Static PVC.  Or, the frame assembly can be ordered without panels for OEMs requiring other types of panels (e.g., metal or glass) or wishing to provide their own.  Precision cutting to within 1mm tolerance, and hole machining for fastening are provided at no additional cost.  A full range of accessories, such as support spacers, corner brackets and fastening screws, is available. Clear instructions for assembly are also provided.

·         HFUAY  and HFUBY  Safety Mesh Fences, a line expansion to standard HFUA and HFUB styles, feature yellow painted extruded aluminum frames. The rugged fence frames are constructed of cut-to-order lengths of MISUMI’s HFS Aluminum Extrusion Series profile, except that a dedicated slot is added to hold the fence nets, which can be specified in either welded or meshed (woven) versions in silver or black.  Alternatively, clear PVC panels can be ordered in lieu of fence nets.  A full range of accessories is also available to facilitate assembly, including fence anchor stands, extrusion caps, socket screws, hinges, slide locks, handles and stops.  Clear instructions for assembly are also provided.
