J.W. Winco, Inc. now offers series GN 285 Swivel Clamp Connector Joints, as part of its new complete line of tube connection and conveyor components.

The metric-sized, RoHS compliant connector joints are made of aluminum and available in two finishes: black powder-coated textured finish and matte shot-blasted finish (natural aluminum color).  DIN 912 zinc-plated steel cap screws and DIN 985 zinc-plated steel nylon insert hex nuts are included.

GN 285 swivel clamp connector joints are an assembly of two GN 275 swivel clamp connectors. Since the swivel clamp connectors have an identical swivel width, all bores can be combined as needed.  The clamping bore is machined and designed for construction tubings GN 990 or DIN 2391, DIN 2395 and DIN 2462 respectively.  In the standard version, the clamping force of the clamp onto the tube is achieved via the socket cap screws and hex nuts with nylon insert.  Stainless steel screws are also available, as well as kits that include adjustable levers, spacer bushings and hex nuts for use in lieu of the cap screws.
