Chassis-mounted and board-mounted (TO-220-compatible footprint) DC to DC power converters are presented in Tech9’s new catalog. The power converters, ranging from 1 amp/24VA to 3 amps, accept input from 6VDC to 70VDC while output remains constant (extended input range down to 4V is available).

The 1 amp “compact” converter can be mounted vertical (standing up) or horizontally (face down) on a circuit board. The units accept input ranging from 6V to 70V Models can be ordered with 3VDC, 5VDC, 9VDC, 12VDC, 15VDC, 24VDC or 48VDC output. These power converters are designed for use in telephony, automotive, railroad, commercial, medical, military and process control applications.
 
 Inherent high efficiency (cool running) eliminates the heat sink. The converters offer
