A new modular, machine guarding system is rugged, secure, and easy-to-install for protecting all types of machinery in multiple industries.

The MATRIX GUARD® Machine Guarding System features welded wire mesh modular panels, reinforced with in-line folded flutes for rigidity, and high strength seam-welded tubular steel stiffening posts.  Providing full protection from intrusion, all of the panel hardware installs into slots in the tubular posts in one-step and only requires a wrench to close the panel safety screw afterwards.

Designed to be configured and installed locally to easily accommodate floor or wall irregularities, the MATRIX GUARD® Machine Guarding System is anchored to the floor through 7.75” sq. and 2” x 7.5” foot pads which are 3/8” thick and can include a wide variety of lockable swing and slide doors.
