To help detect dangerous levels of VOCs indoors or outdoors, Casella USA offers the VOC Pro™, a battery-powered, handheld VOC monitor. Using sensitive Photo-Ionization Detection (PID) technology it rapidly detects hundreds of different types of VOCs in an extensive range of 0.1 ppm (particles per million) to 20,000 ppm. A 10.6eV lamp is standard, with an optional 11.7eV version available for ionizing chlorinated compounds.
TWA, STEL and Average values are displayed on the VOC Pro's large display, and an integral pump provides a fast sampling response. The monitor's ergonomic design features a textured grip and large keys to make the VOC Pro easy to carry and use, even while wearing over-sized protective gloves.
The Casella VOC Pro is rated Intrinsically Safe for use in hazardous areas: UL: Class I, Division 1, Groups A, B, C, and D. In Europe: ATEX EEx ib IIC T4 II 2 G.
