The Gortrac® Division of A & A Manufacturing Co., Inc. has introduced the Nylatrac® Automation Line of cable and hose carriers.  Designed specifically for high speeds and high accelerations, the new line is ideal for CMMs, plotters, medical equipment, the amusement industry, packaging machinery, assembly and pick & place robots, semiconductor equipment, and a variety of other automation applications.  In addition to their high speed and high acceleration capabilities, Nylatrac® Automation Line carries offer features, options and accessories that lend themselves to applications that require quiet and smooth operation, convenient accessibility, quick installation and reliable performance.  

    Included in the Automation Line are QT Series Quiet Track carriers which offer significant noise reduction over standard carriers, Gortrac® Modular Guide Troughs for long travel support, All-Round Multi-Axis Carrier Systems, Bantrac single piece extruded carriers for quiet, smooth, and inexpensive operation, as well as Nylatube® fully enclosed carriers and several drop-through options for quick installation and easy removal of cables and hoses on KS and KL sizes.  Other related products include the Gortrac® Rolling Carriage System, for applications that require long travel at high speeds and accelerations; Thermiseal Bellows Covers, which are air, dust and liquid tight; Linear Rail Covers, to fit all makes and models of standard rail manufacturers; and GorFrame Bellows, for medical and other imaging tables and amusement rides.
