Control Valves

Every air system is unique . . . and Clippard has the air valve you need. Clippard control valves are available in poppet or spool design; 2-, 3-, or 4-way functions, in sizes from #3-56 and #10-32 through 1/8" NPT ports; and for pressures to 300 psig. They are available with solenoid, air pilot, manual and mechanical actuators. Mounting styles include inline, panel mount, manifold mount or clearance holes for mounting screws.

Miniature Push-Quick Fittings

Push-Quick Fittings allow full flow through the hose/tubing I.D. with no smaller orifice required as in barb fittings. Push-Quick Fittings are available in five sizes for 1/8”, 5/32”, 6 mm, 1/4” and 3/8” O.D. tubing. The 5/32” fittings may also be used with 4 mm O.D. tubing. They are designed for use with both flexible hose and stiff tubing made of nylon, polyurethane, polyethylene or polypropylene.

Stainless Steel Cylinders

Clippard pioneered the rolled construction cylinder design and continues to be a leader in the design and manufacture of cylinders today. Clippard's reliable, high-quality stainless steel pneumatic cylinders feature polished ID 304 stainless steel tubes for low break-away. Quality and craftsmanship assure excellent performance and long life. Cylinders are available in 12 bore sizes with strokes up to 40". Clippard also manufacturers brass and corrosion-resistant models, as well as the Minimatic® compact Air Force One® cylinder.

Electronic Valves

Clippard’s EV/ET/EC series electronic valves are precision-built 2-way or 3-way control valves utilizing a unique, patented, valving principle. They are very quiet in operation and also very cool. No flow is needed for cooling. The valves’ small size (under 2" tall) makes them well suited to a wide range of applications in biomedical, EDP, environmental test equipment, textile machines, packaging machinery, computerized industrial automation, and portable systems.
