We can also produce die-cut parts with adhesive or magnetic backing to meet your specific needs. Magnetic die-cut discs are commonly used as reusable flange covers that fit securely to protect the face of a flange, but are easily removable. The magnetic backing makes them ideal for reuse, resulting in an economical protective device. Caplugs plastic netting can be used as packaging protection for just about any product. The netting is available in flat sheets for layering or sleeves to slip over any object. The netting will cushion your product during shipment keeping it free of damage.
Plastic netting is available in three different strengths for a greater level of stretch and web thickness to meet specific product needs. Caplugs has a full line of packaging that is durable, attractive and reusable. ClearView® plastic tubing is perfect for packaging, storing, shipping or displaying product. It is available in flexible PETG or rigid PVC for stronger wall strength. With several diameters and lengths to choose from, the tubing can also be custom designed to fit very specific needs.
Containers from the CON series are used for everything from electronic components to fishing lures. The CON uses a tether to connect the top and bottom and can be personalized by engraving a company name or logo on the bottom.

 Caplugs Introduces Center Pull-Tab Plugs Without Flange
Caplugs introduces a new series of center pull-tab plugs without a flange. The CPT-NF series is ideal for use in tight spaces. They are commonly used when there are two or more openings to be plugged and there is no room for a flange. These parts can also be pushed deep into ports that need the plug to sink below the surface of the opening. The plugs are designed with a durable pull-tab to ensure quick and easy removal. They are available in seven different sizes. CPT-NF plugs are manufactured in low density polyethylene and are heat resistant up to 175°F.

Caplugs Ergonomic Center Pull-Tab Plug (ECP) offers the convenience of a center-pull tab plug in a soft, flexible material.
