      <content:encoded>&lt;p&gt;Molex Incorporated&amp;nbsp;has released several new versions of its Brad® mPm® external thread, field attachable DIN valve connectors&amp;nbsp;for hydraulic, pneumatic and electromagnetic devices. &amp;nbsp;Now available in DIN Form B, C and Micro versions with electronic circuitry, the Brad mPm valve connectors feature standard circuitry options, including LED and bi-polar LED indicators, blocking diodes and voltage-dependent resistors (VDRs) to protect against over-voltage or peaks, plus built-in circuit protection and LED indicators.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;“The addition of these new versions, combined with extensive standard circuitry options and protective features, makes the Brad mPm DIN valve connector line the most extensive within the industry to meet the most challenging valve applications,” says Gilberto Rizzo, global product manager, Molex.
Brad mPm DIN valve connectors conform to industry standard EN 175301-803 (formerly DIN 43650) for electrical connectors used with solenoid valves in hydraulic and pneumatic systems. &amp;nbsp;Compared with other products on the market, the internal volume of the Brad mPm DIN Form C housing is increased by 30 percent with no change to the external dimensions of the connector. &amp;nbsp;This improves overall handling, wire routing and speed of assembly, with no impact on the space required, and makes it suitable as a drop-in replacement for internal nut versions. &amp;nbsp;The ergonomic external nut design on the mPm DIN valve connector provides greater and consistent torque for a more uniform seal between connector and cable, and 20 percent greater cable-retention force over internal nut designs for increased reliability.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The mated mPm DIN valve connectors achieve IP67 sealing performance to enable a greater range of application opportunities in rugged environments. &amp;nbsp;Brad mPm DIN connectors ship ‘ready-to-use’ in single sets or as bulk components to save time per part and costs. &amp;nbsp;Pre-terminated and overmolded mPm DIN valve connectors are available in standard lengths. &amp;nbsp;They can accommodate PG9 and PG11 cable and up to 9mm cable outer diameter.

The RVM from Norgren is one of the first to offer a two out of three (2oo3) configuration, meaning if one of the three pneumatic logic circuits should malfunction there are two logic circuits still operational, so critical redundancy is maintained.    Norgren has integrated its proven Safety Integrity Level (SIL) certified valves on a single manifold to create the RVM, available in aluminum or stainless steel.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The unit eliminates the duplicate piping required to install redundant valve systems. This saves space, simplifies installation and reduces potential leak paths. And, unlike piped systems, the entire valve assembly is SIL approved.    The RVM also features visual indicators of valve position and output status so operators monitoring the equipment can see if they need to schedule service during routine maintenance shutdown. The RVM is also available with a manual or electrical bypass option so valves can be serviced while the assembly remains online. Introduction of the new Mechanical Crimp Connection (MCC) that eliminates time-consuming, costly welding and ensures a reliable, leak-free connection was recently announced by Parker Hannifin Corporation. &amp;nbsp;Welding processes, from pre-cleaning to non-destructive testing to post cleaning, reduce valuable equipment or project uptime and require additional labor costs. MCC consists of a one-piece crimp adapter with a specially designed bite ring and internal sealing. When crimped, the bite ring attaches to the pipe and secures the adapter. Internal seals in the MCC adapter ensure a leak-free connection and protect against ingression. Compared to welding, MCC enables remarkably quick, easy mechanical crimping of adapters to piping. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;MCC eliminates one of the key failure mode of welding: weld cracks. Weld cracks can form while the weld is hot, while it is cooling, or even due to fatigue or corrosion. MCC also eliminates the welding-induced contaminants that need to be flushed out after installation. &amp;nbsp;Sizes and Configurations &amp;nbsp;Parker MCC achieves NPS pipe connections in the most common weld sizes, ranging from 1" to 2". Whether the system is transferring fluid at lower pressures or operating at high dynamic hydraulic pressures, MCC offers a working pressure capability of nearly 5000 psi for many applications. &amp;nbsp;MCC adapters are offered in carbon steel. Multiple end configurations, including retaining ring style code 61/62, male and female O-ring face seal, male and female 37° flare, and male and female NPT, are available to ensure system compliance with SAE and/or ISO standards.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
