Teflon® FEP and PFA Films are transparent, tough, inert to outdoor exposure, chemically inert and have excellent dielectric strength. Films are a good fit for Solar Panel applications. Can be heat sealed, thermoformed, vacuum formed, heat bonded. Thickness from .001” to .020”.

CS Hyde announces new capabilities of High Speed Sheeting to your custom requirements. Ordering materials in a pre-sheeted form is very cost effective and quick. Common materials include PTFE Coated Glass, Teflon, UHMW, Kapton, Silicone. Materials with adhesive can also be sheeted. Customer-provided materials are welcome.
CS Hyde announces new capability to laminate Silicone Adhesive to various substrates (PTFE, Silicone, PEEK, PVDF, Ultem, etc). Silicone Adhesive has higher temperature range and clean release. Silicone and Acrylic Adhesive Laminations can be Custom Die-Cut, Sheeted, Lined, Private-labeled. Customer-provided materials are welcome.
Optically Clear Mylar® Polyester Films is a brillant, clear film. Type A Mylar® Polyester PET films are tough, general purpose films that are transparent. UHMW High Bond (HB) Tape has all the benefits of strong, slippery, abrasion-resistant UHMW (ultra-high molecular weight) polyethylene tape, plus a super-high bond adhesive. DuPont’s Kapton® Polyimide film is a high performance film that can be used at both high and low temperature extremes where other organic polymeric materials would not be functional.

CS Hyde Company is pleased to announce the addition of PTFE (Teflon®) beading, also known as miniature cord or rod. We carry diameters ranging from .028" to .150". PTFE beading is a good choice for electrical applications as it does not conduct electricity and it has a wide service temperature range -300ºF to 500ºF.
CS Hyde Company now offers W.L. Gore Expanded PTFE fabric. Expanded PTFE fabric is totally inert and its PTFE fibers possess high strength, exhibit low shrinkage and resist abrasion. They also offer excellent resistance to degradation from ultraviolet rays.
The unique aspect of this Teflon® (PTFE) Tape is that it is THICKER than the standard Teflon® Tape product offerings. Most PTFE Tapes are offered in thicknesses from .003” up to a maximum thickness of .010”.
