Why Manufacturing Isn't Coming Back
Not Much Joy in Manufacturing Work, Survey Suggests
Thursday, August 22, 2013
Most companies that have invested in manufacturing outside the United States will not come back to the United States because of the cost of doing business here, between government regulations, taxes, unions and a general hostile environment to do business in, it's not smart or viable for them to be competitive any longer, they can't do it to survive.
Remember these companies have invested in irnfrastructure outside the United States to make their companies viable they're not going to bring it back here only to have regulations and government intervention again take them out of the game, our government and its regulations are not trustworthy to base a successful business model off of.
This is the result of politicians not understanding business, controlling an economy that is capital investment
sensitive. Politicians sign bills into law without ever hav
ing read them and tell us they have to sign them before we can know what's in them. No business can sign contracts without knowing what to expect, they have to read them, that's business 101. Our politicians fail us.
Government and politics are the definition of insanity doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. You add government taxes and regulation, you lose manufacturing.
The proof. Major manufacturing is not done here anymore.
