Schurter proudly announces the addition of the V-Lock cord retaining system, an attractive and simple solution for 10A and 16A appliance couplers and power entry modules, according to IEC 60320 (15A and 20A according to UL). The new V-Lock power cord provides a safe and reliable power connection. It conveniently latches into the notched inlet or outlet to prevent accidental disconnection of the power from the equipment. The yellow catch mechanism is easily released by depressing the lever. Unlike wire bail or clamp accessories, no additional hardware is required to install the cord retaining system, saving installation time and material.
Schurter offers a range of standard inlets, outlets, power entry modules and a wide range of mating V-lock cordsets. The cordsets are available with NEMA plugs and a variety of country specific plugs. Other connectors and power entry modules can be built to mate with the V-Lock solution. Cordsets are available with custom cable lengths and other plug variations on request. Minimum order quantities apply.
