Food handling equipment, including washers, must adhere to strict federal requirements. To answer this need, BEX has introduced a unique all-Teflon® rotating nozzle for washing and rinsing applications. Like other TWK Series nozzles, it provides true 360º spray coverage in a very compact assembly. A snap-on cap holds the nozzle ball securely in place without threads or fasteners to trap particles or bacteria. A total of five spray patterns are available in four different pipe sizes and they can be used at operating pressures up to 100 psi. The nozzle can be installed in any orientation and is effective in containers up to 10 ft. in diameter. The bearing mechanism is self-cleaning and self-lubricating, as well. Cleaning kegs, barrels and small tanks are ideal applications for this new addition to the TWK family.
