Effective, automated control of who can use a waste compactor promotes an important level of security and safety.  As an added feature, discarding hazardous waste into the wrong compactor container can be eliminated by controlling access to use of the appropriate compactor container.

Accessing use of the compactor can be accomplished several ways – by entering a
user’s unique PIN on a keypad, using a Guard Pass which is touched to a reader on the Monitor or by swiping a Guard ID Card on a reader.
