Shat-R-Shield, the largest manufacturer of shatter-resistant lamps, recently added high-efficiency T8 fluorescent lamps to their Shat-R-Shield brand of safety-coated lighting products. The new T8 lamps offer quality, economy and choice - all within the trusted and expanding Shat-R-Shield brand.

As a sustainable lighting solution, the 32-watt fluorescent lamps feature low mercury and are TLCP compliant, both of which reduce impact on the environment.  With a rated-life of up to 30,000 hours, these long-life lamps offer reduced maintenance and recycling costs by extending the relamping cycle.  Backed by the best warranty in the industry, the Shat-R-Shield brand T8 lamps also feature a CRI of 85, 2800 mean lumens, and color temperature ratings of 4100°K and 5000°K.
