Rhino Industrial™, a division of Rhino Linings Corporation, introduces its new hybrid, aliphatic polyurea coating solution featuring a rapid cure capability allowing a return-to-service time of one day. Additionally, FastFloor™ can be easily applied with a hand-roller, brush or squeegee.
The release of FastFloor emphasizes Rhino Linings Industrial Division commitment to concrete and construction industry solutions. Industrial contractors, engineers and applicators now have a flooring system with superior resistance to chemical, abrasion, impact and frequent foot traffic.
According to the manufacturer, FastFloor is available in two formulations:
FastFloor HB (High Build) for industrial floors such as warehouses, airplane hangars and laboratories.
FastFloor DF (Decorative Floors) utilizing paint chips, colored quartz or other decorative flakes to create a beautiful yet durable floor.

FastFloor
FastFloor™ is a two-component, rapid curing, hybrid polyurea coating system that is applied as a high build, durable coating for commercial and industrial flooring. Formulated with aliphatic chemistry, FastFloor™ is color stable allowing it to take UV exposure without color shifts seen with other coating systems such as epoxy. FastFloor™ contains zero VOCs and has a 1:1 mix ratio system with sufficient pot life to be rolled, brushed, or sprayed with Rhino Linings application equipment. This products fast cure allowing rapid turnaround time; under normal conditions, light foot traffic within 2-4 hours, return to service within 24 hours.
