New Versions Available of Keytroller's Forklift and Equipment Safety Device
Supplier: Keytroller, Inc.
Model 503 is a RFID enabled device that simply automates the OSHA required pre-shift checklists. Customized checklist items are programmed into the device. The blue LCD screen shows the operator the checklist (daily, weekly and monthly items) that he must pass or fail. Flagged items that are failed must be cleared by a supervisor or mechanic. This simple and inexpensive device is easily installed with only a connection to the power supply.
The Model 502 also connects into the ignition system which provides start/stop events and recording the usage by the operator. Maintenance can be scheduled by the date or hour meter and alerts are given on the screen to the operator. This device enables your ignition key after the operator logs in with a RFID card or code--- keeping untrained and unauthorized operators from starting your equipment.
Either unit can be programmed or downloaded by computer, Cyberkey or Cyberwire wireless radio connections.
Installation is simple and can be done on any internal combustion or electric vehicle. KEYTROLLER LCD is available through qualified forklift and equipment dealers and major OEM suppliers.
