80/20 recently added to their product line two new Panel Mount Blocks compatible with their slot 6, 10 Series and 25 Series T-slotted aluminum profiles. This part is now available for all seven profile series the company offers. The slot 6 quarter-turn blocks come with either 1/4-20 or M6 vertically adjustable square nuts inserted in the fiberglass reinforced nylon body. Spacers are molded of the same material in thicknesses of 2, 3 and 5mm, enabling the use of various panel thicknesses and locations. This is a fast, easy and economical way to mount plastic panels in T-slotted aluminum framing applications.
