MegaSys® Hose System
Supplier: Gates Corporation-Fluid Power
The MegaSys Hose Systems line by Gates offers the constant pressure hose and coupling products required by today’s high-pressure, high-powered equipment. The spiral-wire and wire-braid technology of the MegaSys line provides the flexibility, durability, and performance needed for an integrated solution. MegaSys products also simplify hose selection with constant pressure ratings, bend up to one-third SAE bend radius specifications, and facilitate plumbing and routing in tight applications. A new layline treatment offers a design and pressure color coding system to simplify the process of identifying hoses in stock and in service.
To guarantee leak-free connections, MegaSys Hose Systems are designed to fit with Gates MegaCrimp and GlobalSpiral couplings and have a maximum working pressures as high as 8,000 psi.
