The ENCON Mechanical Vapor
Compression (MVC) Evaporator is designed to drastically reduce costs

now available in standard capacities ranging from 40 gal/hr up to 1,800
gal/hr. Larger custom systems are also available. Each MVC evaporator can
simultaneously process multiple waste streams and yield a distilled water
product at a fraction of the cost of other disposal methods.

to 95% over thermal evaporation, resulting in a typical operating cost of
$0.01 - $0.02 per gallon of distilled water (based on $0.10 per KWh).
