Jensen Fabricating Engineers, Inc. (Jenfab) has released a new, full color brochure describing its line of LeanClean 360 rotating basket, cellular aqueous cleaning systems. Jenfab is the only company to offer rotary basket washers with capacities to clean and passivate 1, 2, 4 and 8 baskets of parts per cycle.

In addition, the Jumbo 360 system is designed to accommodate especially large parts and custom fixturing. Ultrasonics are available for all LeanClean 360 systems to provide critical cleaning of complex part shapes, including medical device parts, implants, screw-machined parts, CNC machined parts, fine blanked parts and stampings. LeanClean 360 systems are ergonomically designed to load from the front at waist height. Baskets are rotated in solution where powerful underwater spray jets remove chips and oils from parts, even with complex shapes and blind holes. Basket movement can be programmed from gentle rocking to full 360˚ rotation. Ultrasonic cleaning with advanced, tubular transducers and digital generators provides the most powerful ultrasonic action available: At over 95% output efficiency, these transducers generate more cavitation power than any other ultrasonic type can provide. Passivating, phosphating and pickling chemistries complete their surface modification capabilities.
