LOCTITE(R) ROTARY DISPENSE SYSTEM ACCURATELY PLACES ADHESIVES IN CIRCULAR OR ARC PATTERNS
Supplier: Loctite-Henkel Corp
For placing adhesives onto parts in circular or arc-shaped patterns, Henkel Corporation has introduced the Loctite(R) Rotary Dispense System, a fully-integrated device designed to independently control a syringe or dispense valve without the use of a separate valve controller.
The Loctite(R) Rotary Dispense System facilitates the repetitive placement of adhesive by synchronizing the operation of the advancing slide, turntable and dispense timer. Set-up of this plug-and-play system is simple, requiring only adjustment of the timer and the motor speed with no complex programming steps.
The system includes reservoir low-level indicators to ensure that adhesive does not run out, precision digital timers accurate to 0.01 second, adjustable height/position/angle of dispense, adjustable speed controls, and manual mode for valve priming.
